On the steep slopes overlooking the Dordogne river, the vineyard of Château Fantin faces south-south-east, towards the medieval town of Saint Emilion. Goes beautifully with poultry and game – roast partridge, rabbit stew, stuffed roast duck. Take the measure of its bouquet and aromas by having it with some cheeses.
